Hikari (English e-book)

Dear reader, 

Hikari is a book originally aimed at queer young adults, but I'm pretty sure adults and heterosexual people could also enjoy it and remember how it was like to grow up having a crush. All the awkwardness involved, the self-doubt, the shyness, etc.

I wrote it thinking of the things I would have loved reading when I was 18 and lesbian books were not only difficult to find, but often gloomy and tragic. I think it's important to have more lesbian stories out there that are not only tragic and obscure.

I divided Hikari in two parts, one for each protagonist. They both have different points of view, different ways of seeing the world and expressing themselves. I wanted to show as much contrast between them as possible.

Please keep in mind that I originally wrote and self-published Hikari in Spanish, my native tongue. This ebook is the revised English version that my friends helped translate and edit.
